Peach & Mandarin - Kareem Rizk

Cut magazine photographs of a halved peach in a shallow bowl and two mandarin segments sit at the edges, while an olive green pinstriped panel runs straight down the middle of the sheet. Around them: a flat yellow block, patches of sky blue, a tan paper torn along one side, and two red triangles pointing down in the top corner. An orange band closes the bottom.

Built from cut and torn paper, reproduced here at high resolution. Kareem Rizk is an Australian collage and mixed media artist living and working in Denmark, with a background in graphic design and an affinity for typography and re-purposed printed ephemera. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
