Swing - Fran Rodriguez

A girl in a patterned dress sits on a wooden swing hung from long chains, seen from behind against the black of space. Below her the curve of the Earth fills the lower half, blue oceans under white cloud, and stars and a faint nebula spread across the dark above.

Built as a digital collage, with a photographed figure and swing set against imagery of the Earth from orbit. Fran Rodriguez, who works as lacabezaenlasnubes, is a Spanish digital artist known for images of humanity's place in the universe, and has worked with bands including Weezer, Tame Impala and Tycho. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
